In addition to our roll to roll large format printing capabilities, we also offer UV printing. UV inks are sprayed and cured with LED UV lights rather than laid onto the material and cured with heat. These prints can adhere to most substrates and cure immediately so the the possibilities more endless for your end product. We are able to print directly onto clear materials, wood, metal and most any substrate you can throw at us up to 3” thick. Both First & Second surface printing. We are even able to print DOT approved reflective signage as the ink is translucent show the reflective material underneath.

Most UV prints can last 2-3+ years without fading without having to be laminated. And the print is less prone to scratches, fading, scuffs, or smudges during the handling process. UV prints can also be more sustainable than solvent inks because there are no VOCs, ozone, or toxic fumes released into the air. Additionally, there is less wasted material to install.
